This endpoint is used to create a generic transaction (on any blockchain). It can also create and execute a transaction at the same time if either the signing method or pincode is included in the request. The status can be SAVED or READY. SAVED is like an initial template of transaction, while READY means it is ready to be executed and has properties like gas fields, nonce, etc included.
