Reasons for Deprecating the v1.0 of the NFT API

NFT API v1 is being deprecated to make way for significant improvements and new features introduced in NFT API v2.0. Deprecating the older version allows us to focus on providing a more robust, efficient, and feature-rich experience for you.

It ensures that you can take full advantage of the latest advancements in the NFT space and benefit from enhanced functionalities, such as Mass Minting ⚡, Dynamic NFTs, Webhooks, and more.

Please note that continuing to use NFT API v1.0 will result in missing out on these valuable features. We highly recommend migrating to NFT API v2.0 at your earliest convenience to enjoy the latest and most powerful capabilities of our NFT API.

If you encounter any challenges during the migration process, refer to our documentation or reach out to our support team for assistance.

📘

NOTE: We will continue to support the NFT API v1.0. Meaning a migration is not a must, but we do highly recommend it.

Why Migrate?

All upcoming enhancements and feature releases will exclusively roll out on the NFT API v2. While ongoing support for NFT API v1 will persist, the latest features will be reserved for NFT API v2. We strongly urge you to migrate and leverage the latest capabilities for an enriched NFT minting experience.

NFT API v2.0 introduces the highly anticipated Mass Minting feature, enabling customers to mint multiple NFTs simultaneously. This enhancement eliminates the risk of timeouts or lost connections due to prolonged processing times or fluctuating gas fees. Mass Minting ensures a smoother and more efficient NFT minting experience.

With NFT API v2.0, customers can now enjoy Dynamic NFTs, allowing them to update NFT metadata. This feature empowers creators and collectors to engage dynamically and personally with digital assets. The dynamic nature of these NFTs introduces a level of interactivity and uniqueness, setting them apart from traditional static NFTs.

NFT API v2.0 introduces Webhooks, enabling customers to register their webhook endpoints and receive notifications for successful or failed NFT mints. This feature enhances real-time communication and provides better transparency into the minting process.
