Difficulty in obtaining funds

Good evening.
I encountered difficulty in receiving funds.
I apologize right away, I am from Ukraine and my English is not good enough.

The crux of the problem is this: I'm trying to get funds from gaimin. I tied up my wallet with difficulty, topped up my account to pay the commission (see screenshot above) and am trying to confirm the transfer

Then, when confirming, I enter the PIN code, but the system does not accept it. I tried to change the PIN code in the settings, but in response I see that the PIN code entry limit has been reached.
In the end, I don't understand what the problem is. The pincode is 100% correct, I wrote it down in a notepad.
Help me please.
