Prepare Transaction for Specific Chain

This endpoint is used to prepare a transaction for a specific chain. It populates the transaction with gas fields and nonce. The gas fileds include the gas price / gas fee, so you can know the potential cost of a transaction before actually submitting it. The response body can be directly submitted to the execute transaction endpoint.
